Add Member / Remove Member from Ghost

There are no actions to add or remove a subscriber/member on GhostCMS. If a subscriber cancels their subscription payment, they need to be removed from the subscriber list. Just like when, if they unsubscribe from the mailing list, then the billing stops. It needs to work both ways; not just as a trigger.
