HaloPSA and ConnectUC/SkySwitch

Would be great to have HaloPSA integration with ConnectUC/SkySwitch.

We’re hoping integrate the two so incoming calls through SkySwitch pop up the user/company information, open tickets, and includes a summary/transciption of the call.
