Twillio SMS - Adding Alphanumeric Sender ID To From

I want to add an alphanumeric sender ID when sending SMS through Twilio, as the recipient sees the message as coming from a brand rather than an unknown phone number, which contributes to brand recognition, trust, and engagement.

I believe I’ve configured the sender ID correctly in my Twilio account, and from my discussions with support, I just need to add the sender ID to the ‘from’ parameter. However, at the moment, I am unable to do that.

It would be great if the sender ID feature could be added to the Twilio piece.
