Having a markdown description for folders could be another nice thing to consider. Like select a folder and can see a readme as well as the contained flows.
Combined with nested subfolders could be nice as well:
If something like this is added, it could be nice to consider supporting markdown. Though, that could be less good for some scenarios, like if wanting to show the descriptions on list pages. A short text only description (suitable for showing on lists of flows) + markdown supported readme could be another variation to consider.

Are we sticking to the old design where the notes and steps have 1 to 1 relation or is there something else in mind ? I am pretty sure someone will ask for a flow level note as well.
